NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Notice is hereby given that Nancy O’Hara
Ficco has been duly appointed as Successor
Trustee of the Richard Ficco Living Trust,
dated July 7, 2022. Richard Ficco, grantor
and original Trustee died on August 13, 2024.
All creditors having any claims against the
grantor, or the trust estate are required to file
claims with Nancy O’Hara Ficco, successor
trustee, 1362 US Hwy 395 N, Ste 102 Box
306, Gardnerville NV 89410 within 90 days
after the first publication of this notice.
