NOTICE TO CREDITORS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned
has been duly appointed and qualified
by the above-entitled Court on the 3rd day of
September, 2024, as Administrator of the Estate
of William A. Kohbarger. All creditors having
claims against said estate are required to
file the same, with proper vouchers attached,
with the Clerk of the Court within ninety (90)
days after the first publication of this notice or
within thirty (30) days after the date of mailing
of this notice, whichever is later.
A copy of the claim must also be mailed to
the attorneys for the estate at the address
listed below.
