Notice is hereby given that Marion Peters is the
Trustee of The Sullivan Living Trust, and that Donald Francis Sullivan, the Grantor of said Trust, died on or about July 6, 2024, being at the time of his death a resident of Douglas County, Nevada. A creditor having a claim against the
trust estate must file a claim with the undersigned at the address give below within ninety (90) days after the first publication of this Notice.
