Allen the duly appointed and qualified successor trustee of The Allen Family Living Trust Dated December 15, 2000, that Settlor, Wayne E. Allen passed away on August 12, 2024. A creditor having a claim against Wayne E. Allen or The Allen Family Living Trust Dated December 15, 2000, must file a claim with the undersigned at the address given below within ninety days after the first publication of this Notice.
