NOTICE TO CREDITORS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned, ROBERT B. KEYSER, II, is the currently acting Trustee of the KUMMINGS REVOCABLE TRUST, dated July 16, 2019. That PATRICIA L. KUMMINGS, also known as PATRICIA LUCILLE KUMMINGS-RASCOE was the Grantor and original Trustee of said Trust. That PATRICIA L. KUMMINGS, also known as PATRICIA LUCILLE KUMMINGS-RASCOE died on March 18, 2024. A creditor having a claim against the trust estate on behalf of PATRICIA L. KUMMINGS, also known as PATRICIA LUCILLE KUMMINGS-RASCOE, must submit his or her claim to the currently acting Trustee within ninety (90) days after first publication of this Notice.
