APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 93443
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 18th day of April 2024 Dennis J. Bowmer and Janice L. Bowmer 1991 Living Trust of Fallon, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of diversion and place of use of 0.0844 c.f.s., 20.400 a.f.s. a portion of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 9244, Certificate 2594. Water will be diverted from an underground source at a point located within the NE1/4 NE1/4 Section 18, T13N, R20E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the NE corner of said Section 18 bears N 27 degrees 58 minutes E, a distance of 958 feet (approx. 1,700 feet E of the intersection of 395 and State Route 206, between Carson City and Minden, NV). Water will be used for irrigation purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. The existing point of diversion was located within the NE1/4 NW1/4 of Section 17, T13N, R20E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the NW corner of said Section 17, bears N 63 degrees 29 minutes W, a distance of 2,822 feet. Water was used for irrigation purposes from June 1st to October 1st of each year.
