A Pomona, Calif., man was identified as the deceased in a fall from the 20th floor of Harvey's on Saturday afternoon.
Daniel Tovar, 31, was killed in the fall, according to Sheriff Dan Coverley on Monday morning.
The Sheriff's Office had previously reported the fall was from the third floor.
Tovar apparently arrived in Stateline on an Amtrak bus earlier on Saturday before his 2:45 p.m. fall.
Coverley said the Sheriff's Office has determined the death was a suicide.
