Genoa, Nev. — Beginning today, eggs for retail sale in Nevada may be sourced from any egg producer meeting food-safety guidelines, regardless of whether the eggs originated from hens in a cage-free housing system, the Nevada Department of Agriculture announced. It’s likely going to be a month before the price drops.
