NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Notice is hereby given that Brookanne
Whittington and Kipp A. Westphal are the
successor Trustees of the Kipp G. and Ellen
R. Westphal Revocable Trust, dated February
27, 2018.
The Grantors of that Trust were Kipp G.
Westphal and Ellen R. Westphal. Kipp G.
Westphal died on February 15, 2023 and Ellen
R. Westphal died on November 24, 2024. At
the time of their death Kipp G. Westphal and
Ellen R. Westphal’ mailing address was 2843
Wade Street, Minden, NV 89423. The last four
(4) digits of Kipp G. Westphal’s Social Security
Number are 5707 and the last four (4) digits of
Ellen R. Westphal’s Social Security Number
are 2342.
A creditor having a claim against either the
Decedent’s Estate must submit a claim to the
Trustees at the address given below within 90
days after the first publication of this notice.
