Can you imagine what a greater life would be like? Do you know how to start to live a better life? Let me tell you the only way to accomplish all that you desire. I wish this was from me but it comes from the LORD.
Most of us have the same three thoughts in the forefront of our minds on a daily basis, our needs, our wants, and our desires. The Lord never promises He will supply our wants, but He does promise to supply our needs and desires. Philippines 4:19, And my God shall supply all your needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Psalm 37:4, Delight yourself also in the Lord and He shall give you the desires of your heart. You are probably thinking, okay, how is this accomplished? What do I have to do? Great questions. The key is once again found in the Word of God, the same Words we have all heard over and over again.
Your life is the sum total of the habits you have built. Ask yourself what habits bring fullness into your life and what habits take that fullness from your life. How did you start your week? Were you running late or did you give yourself plenty of time. Did you make time for God’s fullness or did you take the weekend and spend it totally on yourself without a thought for tomorrow. Here are some wise words, Hebrews 10:25, not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.
Everyone can build good habits if they remember the secret ingredient, make good habits every day. How are your habits? Are they positive or negative, bring you wealth or move you towards poverty? The Lord is always with you. Allow the Lord to become part of your life daily. Learn to listen to His sweet voice. He has miracles for you. The foundation you build is laid upon the good habits that you build with Christ. Start every day by building good habits with the reading and study of God’s words.
