APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 93996
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 2nd
day of December 2024 Valerie Wilkinson of
Gardnerville, Nevada made application to the
State Engineer of Nevada for permission to
change the point of diversion and place of
use of 0.151 c.f.s., 16 a.f.a. a portion of water
heretofore appropriated under Permit 19902,
Certificate 5951. Water will be diverted from
an underground source at a point located
within the NE1/4 SW1/4 of Section 3, T12N,
R19E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the
SW corner of said Section 3 bears S 41 degrees
28 minutes W, a distance of 2,758 feet
(approx. 0.15 miles NE of the intersection of
SR206 and Sr207 near Mottsville, NV). Water
will be used for irrigation purposes from January
1st to December 31st of each year. The
existing point of diversion was located within
the NE1/4 SW1/4 Section 3, T12N, R19E,
MDB&M, or at a point from which the W1/4
corner of said Section 3 bears N 80 degrees
54 minutes W, a distance of 1,806.00 feet.
Water was used for irrigation purposes from
January 1st to December 31st of each year.
