Michael Louis VanderLinden of Placerville, CA
passed away peacefully on December 27, 2020.
Mike, the eldest of nine children, was born in
Los Angeles on March 13, 1943. Mike is survived by
his wife Janet Edney VanderLinden, and his children
Michelle VanderLinden-Enfield, Tracie VanderLinden,
Chad VanderLinden, and Danielle Edney.
He is survived by seven of his siblings,
nine grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews,
and dear friends. Mike was predeceased by his parents
Lyle and Flo VanderLinden and daughter Alicia Edney.
He and his family were longtime residents of Minden,
NV. He attended Bishop Montgomery High School and
El Camino College in Torrance, California. Mike was a
carpenter by trade, an avid fisherman, and an especially
loving and dedicated husband, father, and grandfather.
He loved to travel, play card games, read books, and,
above all, be with and talk about his loved ones.
His family is heartbroken over the loss of this loving
