Sandra Eileen Mitchell of Stagecoach, Nevada passed away on the morning of May 30, 2021. Sandy was born in Torrance, CA on July 31, 1944, the daughter of Clifford B. Marsh and Dorothy Mildred Marsh (Edwards). She lived and attended school in Lomita, CA.
She married Thomas Melvin Mitchell Jr. in Lomita, CA on May 3, 1960. She was preceded in death by the love of her life, Tom, in 2006.
Sandy was a strong and loving woman of God who was very devoted to her loved ones. Her biggest joys in life were spending time with her family and caring for her pets.
She is survived by her daughter, Kathy Lowery (Malcolm) of Central OR, her sons, James Mitchell of Stagecoach, NV and Michael Mitchell (Cheri) of Torrance, CA, her grandchildren, Jason Hernandez, Erik Hernandez, Jennifer Lowery, Daphne Mitchell, Deidra Mitchell, Dean Mitchell, Aiden Mitchell, and her great grandchildren, Colin Hernandez and Evan Hernandez, brothers, Dan Marsh (Gwen) of Gardnerville, NV, and David Marsh (Emily) of Kirkwood, IL.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Steven Marsh.
The family will hold a private memorial service at a later date. She will be laid to rest next to her husband Tom in Dayton Cemetery
