With deepest sorrows, we announce that our beloved mother, Patricia Golson, 69, passed away peacefully in Carson City, Nevada while trying to recover from an illness in rehab. Patricia was born in Lincoln, Nebraska and lived in Carson City for most of her adult life with the exception of a few years when she lived in West Monroe, Louisiana. Many may remember her as Patty Lowrey. She is loved and will be missed dearly.
Patricia enjoyed flagging for construction, surveying, driving a school bus and painting coins at the local Mint. Her hobbies included playing the piano, writing poems, studying her faith, gardening and quilting. Some of her poems were published in the NV Appeal. She was in process of completing a children’s book - which her family now hopes to finish for her.
Patricia is survived by her children -Jennifer McCord, Eric Doucette and Tara Escobosa; grandchildren and great grandchildren- Ashley, Tallia, Hope, Faith, Brianna and Noah; her brothers Dave and James Eloge; Wayne and Paula Wohlers and nieces/nephews. Other loved ones include Blu Hale, Siana Escobosa and Jimmy Golson. She was predeceased by her parents, Luetta and Marshall Eloge, and her grandmother Anna Wohlers.
