Grant "Corky" Faulkner

March 5, 1942 - April 19,2024

Grant “Corky” Faulkner was born on March 5, 1942, in Ogden, Utah to Lorna and Ralph Faulkner.

After graduating high school, he served in the US Army from February 1961 to February 1967.

He was a bartender for many years in the Carson City area, most know him from the Pinion Plaza, Cactus Jacks and The Horseshoe Club.

He will always be remembered for his sense of humor and amiable character.

Corky is survived by his brother Denny Faulkner of Roy, Utah, life companion Charlotte Faulkner of Carson City, son Dennis “Herk” (Larae) of Carson City, daughter Shawnee (Derek) of Dayton, grandchildren Taylor, Cayden, Emmalyn “Lulu” and lifelong friends Dani Chandler of Carson City and Darrell Gardner of Hooper, Utah.

A celebration of life will be held at Silver Oak Club House in Carson City on Saturday, June 8th from 2pm to 4pm.
