Sandra Suzanne entered this world on September 2, 1940, in Everett, Washington.
Her early years were spent in Washington until she and her mother relocated to Southern California. It was during her teenage years in Alhambra, California, that she met Jerry LLamas Sr. while walking home from school. Their love blossomed swiftly, leading to an elopement and marriage when Sandy was just 18 years old.
In Southern California, Jerry and Sandy had three sons: Jerry, Mike, and Toro. In 1976, the family embarked on a new chapter when Jerry Sr. accepted a job in Fallon, Nevada, embracing the slower pace of small-town life, Sandy found joy in everything Fallon had to offer and was happy to spend the rest of her years here.
Sandy’s passions included gardening, crocheting, and baking. Her family and grandchildren cherish the hand-crocheted Christmas stockings and other creations that she lovingly made over the years.
Above all, Sandy found immense joy in her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was always available for a chat, celebrated their achievements with pride, and enthusiastically supported their interests, particularly their baseball games.
Sandy is survived by her children Jerry (Kathy) and Toro (Terri). Grandchildren Krista (John Ross), Celeste, Garrett (Caitlin), Jillian, Kylie, Zachary, Jacob and great-grandchildren Mason, Madelynn, Jeralyn, and Mila.
She was preceded in death by her husband Jerry Sr. and son Mike.
