George Robert “Bob” Geerhart, age 87, passed away on April 22, 2024, in Carson City, Nevada. He was born on October 28, 1936, in Boise, Idaho, to Ethel and George Geerhart.

Beyond his professional achievements, Bob had a vibrant spirit and diverse interests that kept him engaged with life. He had an amazing sense of humor. He found many joys and thrills in life. However, nothing compared to the happiness he found while dancing the jitterbug with his wife, Peggy, whom he cherished deeply.
Bob was a kind and generous man with a heart of gold. His family, including his surviving children Brent, Darin, and Heidi, along with grandchildren Heather, Bryan, Michael, Bleu, Zephyr, and Jazmine, and several great grandchildren will forever be grateful for his love and support.
A devoted member of St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church, Bob will be honored with a service in the small chapel on May 20, 2024, at 11:00 am. His absence will be keenly felt by his family and friends who admired his warmth and genuine nature. Bob Geerhart’s passing leaves a void in the lives of those who knew him.
