The Carson City Chamber sponsored the inaugural Footgolf Tournament to benefit Carson High School culinary, raising $1,500 to send teams to competition. Shown on the left is Terrie McNutt, general manager of Silver Oak, and Mayor Robert Crowell along with CHS culinary teacher Penny Reynolds and her team of students. All proceeds raised in the tournament went to the culinary program.
