A NV Energy will open a drive-thru customer resource center during the public safety outage at the Genoa Volunteer Fire Station, 2298 Main St., Genoa. The center will be open during the event until 6 p.m. today, and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sept. 27 or until power is restored
