Former R-C staff writer Aurora "Darth" Sain dressed in her Star Wars costume to attend Minden's first May the Fourth Be With You celebration in Minden back in 2016. She was in danger of winning the costume contest but her TIE fighter got hit and she was back in the office before the judging began. Seven years later, she's a mom working the Internet for a trade association.
