The request was for ALL the streets in Chichester to be repaved as they were built improperly & are now disintegrating. The County will have to pay for it someday, either in part or in whole.
While Mr. Hefner does a good job of emphasizing that residents need to demand better service from the County, WE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO DO SO!!
