MDB&M or at a point
from which the NW
corner of said Section
36 bears N 82 degrees
16 minutes 37 seconds
W, a distance of
1,626.80 feet (approx.
1 1/8 miles W-SW
of the intersection of
SR 206 & HWY 88 in
Carson Valley, NV).
Water will be used for
irrigation and domestic
purposes from January
1st to December
31st of each year.
The existing point of
diversion was located
within the SW1/4
SW1/4 Section 30,
T14N, R21E, MDB&M
or at a point from
which the SW corner
of said Section 30
bears S 53 degrees 29
minutes W, a distance
of 1,144.0 feet. Water
was used for irrigation
and domestic purposes
from January 1st to
December 31st of each
year.
