IN THE MATTER OF MARK A. KERSEY REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST, dated September 25, 2023.
NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned is a duly appointed and qualified Trustee of the Mark A. Kersey Revocable Living Trust dated September 25, 2023. Mark A. Kersey Grantor of the Trust died October 8, 2023. A creditor having a claim against the estate must file it with Demetras Law at the address below, within ninety (90) days after the first publication of this notice. The undersigned does hereby affirm that the preceding document does not contain the social security number of any person.
