APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 90200
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 14th day of October 2020 Series 5 of GRCSMC, LLC Of Glenbrook, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of diversion and place of use of 0.1602 c.f.s., 39.8 a.f.a., a portion of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 24696, Certificate 8284. Water will be diverted from an underground source at a point located within the SW1/4 NW1/4 Section 32, T14N, R20E, MDB&M or at a point from which the SW corner of said Section 32 bears S 07 degrees 10 minutes 25 seconds W, a distance of 2,992.88 feet (approx. 0.7 miles NE of he intersection of Hwy 395 and Johnson Lane North of Minden, NV). Water will be used for irrigation purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. The existing point of diversion was located within the SW1/4 SW1/4 Section 32, T14N, R20E, MDB&M or at a point from which the SW corner of said Section 32 bears S 86 degrees 32 minutes W, a distance of 1,280 feet. Water was used for irrigation purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year.
