APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 91150
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 16th day of September 2021 Gardnerville Ranchos General Improvement District of Gardnerville, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of diversion of 0.052 c.f.s., 10.454 a.f.a., of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 89439. Water will be diverted from an underground source (Well 6) at a point located within the SE1/4 SW1/4 of Section 9, T12N, R20E, MDB&M or at a point from which the SW corner of said Section 9 bears S 59 degrees 46 minutes 39 seconds W, a distance of 2,488 feet (approx. 2 miles South of Gardnerville, NV). Water will be used for quasi-municipal purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. The existing point of diversion was located within the NE1/4 NE1/4 of Section 20, T12N, R20E, MDB&M or at a point from which the NE corner of said Section 20 bears N 89 degrees 38 minutes 00 seconds E, a distance of 1,300.45 feet. Water was used for quasi-municipal purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year.
