of water heretofore
appropriated under
Permit 55899. Water
will be diverted from an
underground source at
a point located within
the NE1/4 NE1/4 Section
31, T12N, R20E,
MDB&M or at a point
from which the E1/4
corner of said Section
31 bears S 08 degrees
39 minutes 02 seconds
E, a distance of
1,848.83 feet (approx.
1/2 mile SE of the
intersection of State
Route 88 & Dressler
Lane in Gardnerville,
NV). Water will be
used for irrigation
purposes from January
1st to December 31st
of each year. The existing
point of diversion
was located within
the NE1/4 SW1/4
Section 32, T14N,
R20E, MDB&M or at
a point from which the
C1/4 corner of said
Section 32 bears N 35
degrees 21 minutes 12
seconds E, a distance
of 1,579.53 feet. Water
was used for irrigation
purposes from January
1st to December 31st
of each year.
