ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Separate sealed bids for 2021 Carson River Bank Stabilization
Projects for Carson Valley Conservation District will be received at R.O.
Anderson Engineering, Inc. (ROA) offices located at 1603 Esmeralda
Ave., Minden, Nevada until 2:00:00 pm, September 13, 2021. The
submitted bids will be publicly opened at said office at 2:01 pm. A pre-bid
conference will be held at 2:00 p.m. on September 7, 2021, at ROA office
in Minden, Nevada. Shortly after the meeting, interested bidders may join
for a tour of the project site, which will leave from ROA Minden office at
approximately 2:05 pm. Copies of Contract Documents may be obtained
at ROA Minden Office after 12:05 pm, September 7, 2021. The Contract
Documents may be examined at the following locations:

The Engineer’s Estimate of Probable Construction Costs for the project
is between $250,000-$500,000. The Contract Documents can be
purchased from ROA Minden office for a non-refundable cost of $50.00
per set or download at no charge from ROA web page located at: http://
www.roanderson.com/bid-documents/. Prospective Bidders shall be
licensed Contractors in the State of Nevada, with Class A designation;
shall be skilled and regularly engaged in the general class or type of
work called for under the Contract.
