Public Hearing
A meeting of the Douglas County Vacation Home Rental (VHR) Advisory Board will be held on Wednesday, July 27, 2022 at 1:00 PM, at the Tahoe Douglas Fire Protection District Station #23, 193 Elks Point Rd, Zephyr Cove and on Zoom®.
Agenda items may be taken out of order, may be combined for consideration, or may be removed from the agenda at any time. All items designated “for possible action” may include discussion by the Vacation Home Rental (VHR) Advisory Board and they may take action to approve, modify, deny, take “no action,” or continue the item.

For possible action. Discussion on a Special Use Permit application to obtain a Tier 3 Vacation Home Rental Permit. The subject application is for a 6-bedroom home, 12-person occupancy, located at 241 Chimney Rock Rd. The owners are Lynnette Potter and Lori Lingenfelter, who currently has a Douglas County issued VHR Permit, Account No. 08400865 (APN 1318-23-710-021).
For possible action. Discussion on a Special Use Permit application to obtain a Tier 3 Vacation Home Rental Permit. The subject application is for a 6-bedroom home, 12-person occupancy, located at 245 Logging Rd, Stateline, NV 89449. The owner is Tim Pasken, who currently has a Douglas County issued VHR Permit, Account No. 08400896 (APN 1318-24-701-006).
For possible action. Discussion on a Special Use Permit application to obtain a Tier 3 Vacation Home Rental Permit. The subject application is for an 8-bedroom home, 16-person occupancy, located at 719 Lakeview Dr, Glenbrook, NV 89413. The owner is Mark Trivett, who currently has a Douglas County issued VHR Permit, Account No. 08400527 (APN 1318-10-312-020).
